Pittsburgh Penguins are going with a black version of their 1993 home white sweaters, gold shoulder stripes and all, with the "Robo Penguin" on the chest. Originally the Pittsburgh Penguins wore "PITTSBURGH" diagonally down the front of their road black Jersey during this era; this style is now the club's third jersey. This Pittsburgh Penguins 2022 Reverse Retro Jersey design is basically a rejected concept from 1993, one that's been featured on this site for quite some time, and it's nice to see it finally make its way onto the ice.
